Invite Your VIPs
As an exhibitor, you have the benefit of offering free exhibit hall passes or 100€ off a conference pass to your professional networks such as your customers and prospects. Increase your booth traffic at the event by inviting them!
Here’s how to invite your VIPs:
1) While logged into the Exhibitor Registration Portal, click on the Invite Your Customers tab.
2) Copy your Custom Discount Code and Custom Registration Link and encourage professionals in your networks to register.
3) Check to see who has registered via your Custom Discount Code and Custom Registration Link.
VIP invitations are unlimited and can be tracked within the Exhibitor Registration Portal. To check who has registered, click the See Who Has Registered with My Passes or Link button under the Invite Your VIPs tab of the Exhibitor Registration Portal.
Please note: VIP invitations cannot be used to register staff of exhibiting companies.

You’re exhibiting, and it’s a big deal! Let the world know with banners sized for Facebook, Twitter, and your email signature.

These companies are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Expo and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
LISTS: Commercial UAV Expo Europe does not sell customer lists and does not partner with any companies to sell customer lists.
HOTELS: RAI Hotel Services is the only official hotel provider associated Commercial UAV Expo Europe. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event. Ensure you are booking with RAI Hotel Services by booking your hotel on our travel page.
