Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence Overview

Autonomous drones are beginning to see use in jobs that require smooth, consistent flying and AI is becoming a powerful force to be reckoned with in the drone industry. Right now, AI has an even more important task than providing autonomous flight: processing data collected in the field and turning it into actionable insights.

Many companies are making progress toward having AI pick out common features such as control points and Machine Learning software is increasingly used to identify and count different types of objects. These rapidly developing technologies promise to automate what is currently a time-consuming job. In the short term, AI will continue to tackle the lowest-hanging fruit, automating the most basic and repetitive tasks.

During this session you will get new insights into:

Practical applications of computer vision, machine learning, and flight automation in drone technology
How machine learning and artificial intelligence drive workflow automation
How to make use of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to help digest massive amounts of aerial information collected each day
Is AI the answer to all questions?
How Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence can result in improved efficiency, new insights and new revenue sources
