Exhibitors who pre-registered received a Badge Confirmation via e-mail. Have this confirmation information available when picking up your badge at the Registration Desk. If you have questions, please email REGISTRATION@DIVCOM.COM

The Exhibitor Service Desk will be located behind the 200 aisle and you will be able to find assistance with:

Freeman – Furniture, Labor, Shipping

Encore – Audio Visual

Edlen – Electricity


Each 10 x 10 booth will be set up with 8” high gray drape and 3’ high gray side dividers.  Booths that are 300 sq. ft. or less will receive one-line identification.  Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive a one-line identification sign upon request.



If you require electricity for your booth, you will need to order through the Mirage Event Services. Please click HERE ( to set up your order.


Children under the age of 18 are NOT allowed on the exhibit floor during move-in, exhibit hall hours, or move-out.  There will be no exceptions!



Exhibitors are permitted to conduct business only within their booth space.  Distribution of materials outside your exhibit booth space is strictly prohibited.

In Case of an Emergency at the Venue:

Call the Security dispatch line at 76911 from a house phone or dial 702-791-6911 . Also, please inform Event Management at the Customer Service Desk located in Registration.


  • In case of evacuation:
    • Follow the instructions given over the public address system and by uniformed security personnel.
    • Walk, do not run, and use evacuation routes to reach emergency exits
    • Do not use elevators/lifts.


**If you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 48 hours, please DO NOT come to the event.**

Masks – Following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by the State of Nevada, masks are required for all guests and employees in all inside public spaces in Nevada, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are available for anyone in need of one.


First Aid – First Aid will be located in Barbados A.

  • Sanitize Your Hands Frequently
  • Wear a Face Covering (required inside public spaces)
