Beth Troutman Staley brings 26 years of UPS experience to one of the delivery company’s newest subsidiaries, UPS Flight Forward Inc.  She began her career in 1996 while completing her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Louisville.   She’s held leadership positions in Security, Customer Relations, Public Affairs and the UPS Airlines Legal Department.  In her various roles, Beth has been instrumental in supporting enterprise priorities – most recently, the formation and growth of Flight Forward – UPS’s new drone airline.  In her current role, she's responsible for planning and execution of customer and community engagement in relation to UPS drone delivery. 

Beth is a member of Leadership Louisville and a graduate of Ignite Louisville and SOAR.  She proudly volunteers and advocates for organizations that focus on children, healthy communities and voter engagement. 

A life-long football fan, Beth Ann was a Cincinnati Bengals fan before it was cool to be one.  She lives in southern Indiana with her husband and son, is an avid reader and tries to play golf.
