Dominick Boyd is the Deputy Director and Chief of Staff for Lee County Public Safety in Southwest Florida, which includes EMS, 911, Emergency Management, and Emergency Communications. He holds a Master of Science in Aeronautical Science – Human Factors from Embry-Riddle and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from George Washington University. An FAA-licensed remote pilot, he specializes in AI, IoT, organizational leadership and culture, UAS for disaster response, and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency in public safety.
