Jeff Cole, CEO of Hidden Level and thought leader in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Traffic Management (UTM) space, coalesces his background in systems engineering and leading companies, spending the bulk of his career advancing development of emerging technologies to support the aviation community, the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
Before founding Hidden Level, he co-led the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary of Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC), co-founding the commercial arm of the organization, Gryphon Sensors. At Gryphon, Jeff supported key partnerships, customers, and the development of sophisticated surveillance technology for the integration of UAS into the National Airspace System (NAS).
In 2018, he co-founded Hidden Level with the vision of building a next generation, dual use technology advancement enabling broad range RF sensing capabilities over cities and critical infrastructure to create a safer and smarter world. He has raised over $100 million in capital and built strategic partnerships with key companies including Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Joby Aviation.
