Joel is the Head of Operations for Traceair, a construction technology company that provides intuitive tools for documenting and assessing construction progress from the due-diligence through the vertical stages. He, like others at Traceair, achieves strong performance and service for our clients. He drives his teams to foresee the needs of clients and proactively solve their problems with creative solutions and excellent tools. Joel has a slew of degrees and professional working environments in multiple fields. From his experience and education he has developed a critical mindset with foundational understanding of the structure for complex systems and novel system development. Joel lives in northern San Diego County, CA and frequents central California and Washington. Passions are broad though include systems building, hardware, software, aquatic sports, and botany.
