Phil’s passion is building the infrastructure behind smart cities and drones. As CMO and founder of AirWise Solutions, he is unlocking the value of drones with one end-to-end integrated solution. Ideal for construction, utilities, mining, and public safety – Airwise’s automated flight planning, photogrammetry analytics, and drones are bringing precise intelligence at scale. Previously he was General Manager of Yuneec/ATL, the world’s #3 drone OEM; and CMO & VP at 5D Robotics & Humatics, respectively, focused on autonomous vehicle robotics solutions. Here he won new award-winning business in automation for logistics and manufacturing. Autonomous drones, connected cars with cities and OEMs alike. Earlier, Phil served as General Manager at Microsemi, a $5B company managing the world’s most precise positioning, navigation, and timing solutions. Microsemi acquired Symmetricom, where Phil grew a broad suite of hardware and software products across global markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Queen’s University at Kingston, Canada.
