Ravi Soneja

Mr. Soneja is a Geospatial Project Manager with McKim & Creed, Inc. responsible for the implementation of UAS lidar and digital imagery technology to support the firm’s surveying and aerial mapping projects. Mr. Soneja has worked on a wide variety of aerial mapping projects utilizing USGS Lidar Base Specifications as well as ASPRS Positional Accuracy Standards. As an ASPRS Certified Mapping Technologist in Lidar, he is highly experienced in the acquisition and processing of airborne lidar. Mr. Soneja has extensive experience in acquisition planning, survey control configuration, lidar & imagery acquisition, lidar calibration, pre/post-processing, and final deliverables. Mr. Soneja currently serves ASPRS as the President of the Potomac Region, Director of the Primary Data Acquisition Division (PDAD), and Chair for the Technical Division Directors Council (TDDC). In addition, Mr. Soneja is closely involved in the development of solutions-based approaches to help clients meet the needs of their unique projects.
