Wendy Ljungren

Wendy Ljungren is a co-founder of Anzen Unmanned and its Chief Operations Officer. Anzen Unmanned develops solutions and the safety cases necessary to obtain FAA approval for safe operations of unmanned aircraft in the national airspace.
Prior to Anzen Unmanned, Wendy was part of the original team that launched AiRXOS in 2017 and led AiRXOS' Approval Services including the FAA Partnership for Safety Program. She has a long history of pioneering aviation accomplishments in unmanned aircraft approvals (technical BVLOS, Operations over people/vehicles and 1:Many), automatic controls, safety directed development, and solving regulatory challenges. Prior roles include Vice President of Software at GE Aviation Systems, VP of Engineering/Program Management at L-3 Avionics, and engineering leader at Honeywell avionics. Wendy holds a BS and a MS in Electrical Engineering specializing in control systems.
