Anne Zink is the CEO and founder of 5×5 Technologies.
5×5 is a pioneer in commercializing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to deliver safety, optimization, and ROI to the critical infrastructure sector. Under Anne's leadership, 5×5 has executed thousands of missions leveraging rotor, fixed wing, satellite geopositioning, optical, thermal, LIDAR and other technologies. She has guided 5×5 on a triple-digit growth trajectory from early work proving the concept of her vision to securing venture backing and closing deals with market leaders on a global scale.
Anne's energy sets the tone and pace at 5×5. She has directly shaped the company's expertise in data collection, 3D digital twin modeling, data analytics, and APIs to digitally transform how industry, finance and government tackle asset management. Infrastructure owners, drone service providers, engineering firms and global systems integrators have all gravitated to the 5×5 platform as a result.
Her career includes leadership stints in publishing, entertainment and consumer products to more recent work as the founder and CSO of a consultancy engaged by 3Com, Alcatel, Avaya, HP, Lucent, PwC, SAP, Seagate, Siemens AG, and Unisys. She has been instrumental in launching IP telephony, unified communications, plus innovations in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and the telecom industry’s first convergence technologies technical certification program.
Outside of work Anne enjoys an adventurous, high-altitude lifestyle in Durango, Colorado.
