2023 Call for Speakers

Be part of the 2023 Commercial UAV Expo Conference Program! This is your chance to submit a proposal.

As always, the Commercial UAV Expo Conference Program will feature dedicated sessions on the following industry segments, fulfilling the vertical focus and global reach of the event:

What’s new for 2023 is a major focus on where and how the technology is making a real difference. We’re looking for case studies and technical presentations that specifically detail or address the following issues:

• Compelling stakeholder buy-in  
• Drone inspection data bottlenecks 
• Counter-drone strategies and permissions   
• Drone data governance 
• Integrating drone data with an established workflow  
• Defining what a “complete drone solution” means   
• How to approach drone mapping software options and decisions 
• Measuring value beyond the bottom line  

If you have a case study or presentation that is specific to one of these industry verticals or horizontal topics, we invite you to submit a presentation to be part of the Conference Program for the Commercial UAV Expo, a live event that will take place September 5-7, 2023, in Las Vegas.  

Submissions do not guarantee acceptance on the agenda for the Commercial UAV Expo Conference Program. Preference will be given to asset owner presenters (the end users of the data). Vendors are encouraged to nominate asset owner customers to present or co-present. Product presentations will not be selected for the main program (but are available to exhibiting companies in the Product Previews section of pre-conference programming.)
