All exhibiting companies are REQUIRED to submit the Booth Approval Form for the upcoming 2026 CUAV.
In partnership with onPeak, the official hotel provider for the event, we’ve secured discounted rates at the event’s Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, which is connected via a footbridge to Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. The deadline to book is August 6th!

• The booths and exhibit areas are carpeted with the existing hotel carpet. To enhance the
appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman.
Please Note: Carpet ordered from Freeman will be installed on top of the existing hotel carpet.

Save time onsite by pre-registering for your exhibitor badges TODAY!
To access your company’s badge allotment, choose your company name from the drop-down menu and enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, you may use the “Forgot Your Password” feature. A confirmation email will be sent to each registrant to be used for badge pick-up at the show.

PLEASE NOTE: If YOU will not be onsite at UAV, please be sure to pass these instructions along to your exhibitor reps. To ensure a successful download of the app, they will need to download it before entering the UAV exhibit.
We encourage exhibitors to ship your materials to the Freeman warehouse to ensure that your materials are in your booth for Monday or check with your carrier for Monday delivery options.
