What is it?
The DockWatch Trailer is a mobile deployment solution for the DJI Dock, built as a secure trailer attachment for your vehicle. The trailer includes integrated solar power, battery management, temperature control, PTZ cameras, an OpenAir multitrack receiver, and our Brain-Box processing unit for fully self-sufficient operation.
The Brain-Box enables on-premise AI processing, allowing real-time detection of objects such as cars, people, hotspots, and debris without relying on cloud infrastructure.
It features a secure management platform with remote monitoring via the SAI-HUB local network, enabling reliable operation without internet access.
When a mission begins, the trailer automatically opens, allowing the dock to activate and launch.
Who is using it?
Critical Infrastructure & Asset Security: Used by utilities, energy providers, and infrastructure operators for routine inspections across distributed sites. Roles include asset managers, security teams, and operations directors. Environmental
Monitoring & Inspection: Used by environmental agencies, engineering firms, and inspection companies to monitor land, water, and assets. Ideal for businesses needing efficient, repeatable inspections between multiple locations.
How is it making an impact?
The DockWatch Trailer enables efficient inspections across multiple solar park sites by allowing operators to easily relocate the system where needed. Once deployed, it executes automated grid missions using SAI-HUB software. A thermal camera detects hotspots in solar panels, while the RGB camera identifies issues such as bird droppings that reduce efficiency. Our hotspot AI algorithm processes all detections and maps them with precise latitude and longitude data, generating a clear inspection map. This allows operators to quickly identify, prioritize, and address issues, reducing downtime and improving overall energy output.
