Pre-Event Exposure 

  • Listing and logo included on the event site, online conference program, and in the official mobile app to highlight the session, the speakers, and the value it brings to participants 
  • Session included in emails dedicated to promoting hosted sessions to event registrants, social media, and general campaign efforts.   
  • Sponsor highlighted in the official exhibitor listing with a designated sponsor icon for increased visibility. 

 

On-Site Exposure 

  • Sessions are 50 Minutes: Sponsor-led sessions available only to conference badge holders (no additional sign-ups required). 
  • Sponsor will receive a lead list after the event, containing the attendee demographics/contact information of those who attended the session.  
  • Dedicated on-site signage outside sponsored session rooms. 
  • Session space includes basic AV capabilities, three tall stools, three handheld microphones, and a podium. 
  • Room capacity, location, setup, AV, electrical, and house services are organized by Event Management. 

 

Sponsor to Provide 

  • Logo 
    • Provide a white logo file and a colored logo file with a transparent background. 
    • Deadline: immediately after contracting 
  • Session title and description determined by the sponsor, subject to review and approval by Event Management.
