On-Site Exposure 

  • 50-minute sponsor-led session, available only to conference badge holders (no additional sign-up required).
  • Sponsor receives a post-event lead list containing attendee demographics and contact information.
  • Dedicated on-site signage outside sponsored session rooms.
  • Session space includes basic AV capabilities, three tall stools, three handheld microphones, and a podium.
  • Room capacity, location, setup, AV, electrical, and house services are organized by Event Management.
