1. Log in to the Exhibitor Registration platform by choosing your company name and the password you have been provided via emails.
2. Once logged in, on the left-hand menu, select “Invite Customers”
3. From the drop-down, select “Send Invitations”.
4. You will have three options to invite your buyers.
5. The first is by sharing your Custom Registration Link. This link will be below when you select the left box labeled “SHARE YOUR CUSTOM REGISTRATION LINK”. Copy the link in the box and send to your buyers to register.
6. The second way is by distributing your Promo Code. When selecting the right box labeled “DISTRIBUTE YOUR PROMO CODE”, the code will appear down below. Copy this code and send to your buyers and instruct them to enter upon registering.
7. By sharing your Custom Registration Link or Promo Code, upon registering, your buyer will receive a free Exhibit Hall Only pass OR $100 off a Full Conference Pass. The invitations you can give out are endless.
8. The third way is by clicking any of the images below for an easy, click to share option.
NOTE: Be sure to include your exclusive exhibitor promo code when sharing.
9. When people have registered using your Custom Link or Code, you can view these guests by selecting “Registered Guests” from the initial Invite Customers tab.
