KEYNOTE CHAIRING SPONSORSHIP

Exclusively sponsor the official keynote presentation of Commercial UAV Expo. 

Sponsor Receives:

  • 12-minutes to intro and recap with industry review/insight/predictions/themes to tie into the keynote session
  • Event organizer will need to see written remarks/script ahead of time for approval to ensure message is in line with event brand and sponsor may be asked to incorporate event-related language into remarks
  • Chairperson’s name, company, headshot, bio promoted on event site, event app and in event marketing efforts related specifically to the keynote session
  • Chairperson’s remarks captured in video recording, managed by event management team
  • Sponsor may have slides/videoing on display during remarks
  • Keynote session posted to CUAV Expo site and YouTube page, pushed through email campaign/social
  • Post-event article on Commercial UAV News to reiterate themes covered in opening remarks and keynote session video embedded into article

DRONERESPONDERS PUBLIC SAFETY SUMMIT

  • Your logo will appear on a slide to run between DRPSS programming with the aim of encouraging attendees to visit your booth in the Exhibit Hall throughout the event.  
  • Signage onsite and on the event website. 
  • Contact details for Supporting Sponsor will be included in a post-event email reminding attendees of your support and encouraging them to reach out to learn about your solutions. 

In addition to the “SUPPORTER” elements, Host Sponsor will have access to the Public Safety attendee audience through a pre-event dedicated email.

DESERT COMFORT PACKAGE

  • Sponsor is encouraged to provide and set up optional signage, branded tablecloth, giveaway swag (sunscreen, hats, sunglasses).  
  • Tents, benches, tables, beverages, snacks, and misting fans provided by show management.  
  • Company included on the event site, event mobile app, and welcome message at demo. 
  • 3 demo passes for staff included. 

HOSTED WORKSHOP / SESSION

  • 4 or 8 hour reservations available
  • Workshop signup with description added to official event registration as an add-on option
  • Workshop price is determined by sponsor (minimum $10) and 50% of revenue, minus credit card fees, is sent back to sponsor.
  • Event site landing page designed to highlight the workshop, the instructors, and the value it brings to participants
  • Workshops promoted to attendees through dedicated email, social media, and general campaign efforts
  • Sponsor receives regular lead lists leading up to and after the event with attendee demographic/contact info
  • Room capacity contingent on available space

CHARGING STATION

Keep attendees charged up with custom charging stations! A place for attendees to take a minute to recharge, catch up on emails, notes and plan their days. 

Sponsors will receive:

  • Three floor decals in high foot traffic areas
  • Two meter boards
  • Your sponsorship would allow you to place brochures/material on the charging stations and have staff nearby, too.

STAYING CONNECTED - WIFI

Sponsors will receive:

  • Branded WIFI login for all attendees
  • Logo featured in printed show program, onsite signage, and recognition during opening keynote.
  • A custom content article on Commercial UAV News
  • Premium Company Listing (exhibitors only)
  • Inclusion in post-event dedicated email to all attendees featuring your company, link to featured product, and contact details for prospective customers to follow up with.  

EXHIBIT HALL THEATER

Pre-event exposure:

  • Logo to be used on event website to acknowledge premium sponsors. 
  • General event promotions includes “Exhibit Hall Theater sponsored by (or hosted by) SPONSORS NAME” 
  • Advertisement on Commercial UAV Expo event website for three months.

On-site exposure: 

  • 1 hour of presentation time in the theater – determined by event management based on availability.
  • Sponsor’s Logo/branding to appear prominently on the podium. 
  • Sponsor’s logo/branding and videos to run during unscheduled periods of time with UAV Expo information.
  • Onsite acknowledgement at Keynote, onsite signage, sponsor’s name featured on event website.  
  • On-site CUAV News interview at sponsor’s booth or in the Exhibit Hall Theater.

OUTDOOR FLYING DEMOS

SIX SPOTS AVAILABLE – Demo your solutions, field live questions from hundreds of attendees, and follow up with leads post-event.

  • Inclusion in a dedicated landing page with demo descriptions.  
  • Inclusion in pre-event marketing campaigns.

Please keep in mind: 

  • COI, Addendum, Pilot’s license all must be submitted by set deadlines and be in good standing. 
  • Participation in the safety briefing and rehearsal is required.  
  • Pre-event fly through can be arranged to be able to capture and process data ahead of time.  
  • If you don’t have a branded 10×10 pop-up tent, a plain one can be provided.
