Printed image on the back of all badges. Image is designed by sponsor, can include logo/booth number/featured product/etc. Design is subject to event management approval.

Charging Station

• Branded signage on the charging stations

Coffee Break

• Coffee bar set up provided by event management.
• Coffee is refreshed throughout the day.
• Banner ad on Commercial UAV Expo event website for two months. Creative provided by sponsor.
• Onsite acknowledgment through signage, featured in show app, and on event website.
• Sponsor encouraged to provide branded napkins and giveaway swag set up either at the coffee bar or surrounding high-top tables.

Coffee Cart

Specialty coffee cart setup arranged by Event Management. Sponsor logo/name included in printed show program, onsite signage, and event website/mobile app. episode recorded pre-event and promoted around coffee cart setup to encourage listeners to learn about sponsor’s company/products.

Digital Exposure Package

• Video with Commercial UAV Expo marketer in your booth (posted to Commercial UAV News, social channels, and copy provided to client)
• Featured article written by CUAV News Editorial Team (interview conducted in booth)
• Banner advertisement (300×250) posted to both event site and news site for 6-week duration
• Press release uploaded to event site

Digital Product Gallery

The online gallery will feature company logo, picture and brief description and links to the gallery will be included in attendee pre-registration emails and on the mobile app.

DRONERESPONDERS Public Safety Summit Host

• Sponsor logo to appear on slide to run between DRPSS programming with the aim of encouraging attendees to visit your booth in the Exhibit Hall throughout the event.  
• Signage onsite and on the event website. 
• Contact details for Host Sponsor will be included in a post-event email.

DRONERESPONDERS Public Safety Summit Supporter

• Sponsor logo to appear on slide to run between DRPSS programming with the aim of encouraging attendees to visit your booth in the Exhibit Hall throughout the event.  
• Signage onsite and on the event website. 
• Contact details for Supporting Sponsor will be included in a post-event email.

Event Mobile App Push Notification

The sponsor push notification will be crafted and disseminated through the event mobile app’s notification system. The notification will include the sponsor’s message or promotion along with relevant event information. The notification will adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and content guidelines given by Event Management.

Exhibit Hall Theater

Pre-Event Exposure:

• Logo to be used on event website to acknowledge premium sponsors.
• General event promotions includes “Exhibit Hall Theater sponsored by (or hosted by) SPONSORS NAME”
• Advertisement on Commercial UAV Expo event website for three months. 
• Social media package.

On-Site Exposure:

• 1 hour of presentation time in the theater – determined by event management based on availability.
• Sponsor’s Logo/branding to appear prominently on the podium.
• Sponsor’s logo/branding and videos to run during unscheduled periods of time with UAV Expo information.
• Lockable, branded counter.
• Onsite acknowledgement at Keynote, onsite signage, sponsor’s name featured on event website. 
• On-site CUAV News interview at sponsor’s booth or in the Exhibit Hall Theater.
• Sponsor can provide giveaway branded swag.
• Sponsor may make an announcement during networking break (once per day). 

Exhibitor Showcase Presentation

• 12-minute presentation on Tuesday, September 3^rd.
• Sponsor logos and booth number to be included in pre-event email.
• Inclusion in digital exhibit hall preview promotion
• Linked in “Welcome” Email sent to all participants

Headshot Station

• Positioning as leader in workforce / industry / career development
• Branding on Headshot Station in Level Up Lounge, called out on Exhibit Floor
• Headshots for your Team

• Lead info for everyone who gets headshot, sent post-show
• Ability to put materials on check-in table at Headshot Station

Hosted Workshop / Session

• Sold in 4-hour increments, max 2-sessions per sponsor
• Workshop signup with description added to official event registration as an add-on option
• Workshop price is determined by sponsor (minimum $10) and 50% of revenue, minus credit card fees, is sent back to sponsor.
• Event site landing page designed to highlight the workshop, the instructors, and the value it brings to participants
• Workshops promoted to attendees through dedicated email, social media, and general campaign efforts
• Sponsor receives regular lead lists leading up to and after the event with attendee demographic/contact info
• Room capacity contingent on available space
• Food & Beverage and A/V will need to be secured separately by sponsor for additional fees

Lanyard Sponsorship

Event Management to produce lanyard (max 1,000 per sponsorship) and ship to onsite. Required to be double-metal clip bulldog style.

Meeting Room

Meeting rooms sold in 4-hour increments. Event Management may limit Sponsor to 2 Meeting Room (equal to 8 hours) reservations. Food & Beverage and A/V will need to be secured separately through the venue for additional fees.

Networking Happy Hour

The Sponsored Reception Includes: 

• Wine, beer, and soft drink open bar provided by event management.

Marketing Support Includes:

• 300 x 250 Advertisement on Commercial UAV Expo event website for three months
• Pre-event e-blast to registered attendees inviting them to the reception hosted by “sponsors name.”
• Pre-event social media package

On-Site Exposure Includes:

• Acknowledgement via onsite signage, featured in show app and on event website
• Custom mobile app push notification message sent prior to the reception.
