Demo your solutions, field live questions from hundreds of attendees, and follow up with leads post-event.

Marketing support:  

  • Inclusion in a dedicated landing page with scenario descriptions to build interest in the technology and applications.  
  • Focused exposure for your organization as part of the pre-event marketing campaign to drive registrants to sign up for the demos.   
  • Acknowledgement at the Demo-site, Keynote, On-site Signage, featured in Show App, and Event Website. 

Lead generation:  

  • Guest passes to invite customers and prospects.  
  • List of demo registrants, including contact details, to be shared with sponsors for direct follow up post event.  

Editorial coverage: 

  • CUAV News editorial will cover the demos and publish content on the news site.  

Please keep in mind: 

  • COI, Addendum, Pilot’s license all must be submitted by set deadlines and be in good standing. 
  • Participation in the safety briefing and rehearsal is required.  
  • Pre-event fly through can be arranged to be able to capture and process data ahead of time.  
  • If you don’t have a branded 10×10 pop-up tent, a plain one can be provided.

    On-site exposure: 

  • Onsite acknowledgement at Keynote, onsite signage, featured in show app and on event website. 
  • Custom mobile app push notification message sent prior to the reception. 
  • On-site CUAV News interview during the reception. 
  • Sponsor can provide giveaway branded swag. 
  • Sponsor may make up to two announcements during the reception.

Keep participants connected to WiFi throughout the event and your brand connected to our audience throughout the month. To justify investment, sponsors will receive a custom content article on Commercial UAV News, Premium Company Listing (exhibitors only), and inclusion in post-event dedicated email to all attendees featuring your company, link to featured product, and contact details for prospective customers to follow up with.  

Non-exhibiting companies will receive a Platinum-level Buyer’s Guide listing and four complimentary registrations for staff to interact in the networking app and stay connected with all event participants.
