Carter Mahnke

Carter Mahnke is a Virtual Design Construction Engineer II at Findorff and an experienced drone pilot since 2020. A UW–Madison graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, he has contributed to preconstruction, project management, and VDC efforts across Findorff’s Madison and Milwaukee offices, as well as on assignments with the company’s travel group. Carter also served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, deploying to the Middle East from 2018 to 2019. His combined technical background, field experience, and leadership foundation support his practical, innovation‑driven approach to construction technology and aerial data workflows.
