Dallas Brooks is the Aviation Standards and Outreach Lead for Wing, where he combines his twin passions of aviation and innovative technologies. An instrument-rated commercial pilot, remote pilot and retired Air Force Lt Col, he has led UAS integration efforts in the DoD, academia and industry for 20 years, including serving on five Aviation Rulemaking Committees, multiple Federal and industry working groups and as the Chairman of AUVSI, the world’s largest uncrewedsystems trade association.
