Dr. Kenneth Jones, Jr. is an interdisciplinary educator and clinical psychologist with a professional background in information technology, workforce development, and UAS instruction. He serves as Founder and Executive Director of Handle It Helping Hands, Inc., and as Chief sUAS Aviation Instructor for the Quantum UAV Drone Academy, where he designs and delivers hands-on training that develops safety-first, operationally competent drone pilots prepared for real-world, cross-industry demand.

Dr. Jones’ instructional approach emphasizes flight fundamentals, airspace awareness, risk-aware decision-making, and professional readiness, bridging technical competence with the habits and standards that support safe, consistent field performance. His programs are built to be practical, partner-friendly, and outcomes-oriented, helping schools, community organizations, and public-benefit stakeholders expand access to high-quality UAS education while strengthening the commercial UAS talent pipeline.
