Jason Day

Jason Day is the Deputy Director of DRONERESPONDERS, the world’s leading non-profit program advancing public safety UAS, counter-UAS, and Advanced Air Mobility. In this role, Jason oversees daily operations, training and event coordination, and strategic engagement with public safety agencies and the private-sector partners that support them. Prior to joining DRONERESPONDERS, Jason served as the Director of UAS for the Texas Department of Public Safety, where he helped build and scale the nation’s largest public safety UAS program, supporting mission-critical operations and establishing best practices for drone integration across law enforcement and emergency response. Drawing on his extensive experience in public safety aviation and emerging technologies, Jason continues to advance the safe, effective, and innovative use of unmanned systems in support of public safety professionals worldwide.
