Josh Olds

Joshua Olds is President & CEO of USI and a veteran UAS operator and A&P mechanic who has flown and maintained small and tactical fixed-wing and rotorcraft systems. A commercial multi‑engine instrument-rated pilot with a master’s in Aeronautics from Embry‑Riddle, he leads USI’s safety, training, and risk programs supporting operations under Parts 107, 91, and 135, including waivers. An award-winning industry contributor (AUVSI XCELLENCE; NBAA 40 Under 40), Josh is recognized for building scalable, standards-based UAS operations that blend rigorous maintenance discipline with operational performance and ROI.
