Russell Hall is a Senior Survey Project Manager at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services and a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with more than 24 years of experience. At Langan, he leads reality capture workflows spanning mobile LiDAR, UAV, and indoor mapping, and his team delivers engineering-grade survey data from complex point clouds for engineering firms, municipalities, and agencies. Russell has spent the last years putting AI-enabled extraction into real production, cutting field time and shortening delivery timelines on high-precision survey projects. He is a frequent industry speaker, including at GeoWeek, Hexagon Live, ASPRS, and TUC, co-host of The Geoholics podcast, a board member of the ASPRS Florida Region, and a mentor with the NSPS Young Surveyors Network.
