Dr. Nohara is an internationally recognized surveillance expert, with a bachelors, masters and Ph.D in electrical & computer engineering, a licensed professional engineer and a member of the IEEE. He is the author of numerous peer reviewed technical publications, reports and patents in surveillance. He founded Accipiter Radar 30 years ago. Under his direction, Accipiter has successfully pioneered user-friendly, radar-based, collaborative, decision support solutions that allow safety & security practitioners along with business stakeholders to understand what is happening in their outdoor environments, be it in the air, on the water, or on land. During the past five years, his focus has been the development of innovative technologies to support the UAS and counter-UAS industries.
