Tyler Hazen became attracted to the drone field after encountering the immense passion for drones and drone technology possessed by those in the industry. During his time in the field of drone law, Mr. Hazen has helped companies navigate the type certification process, manage risk, and minimize liability. He has been invited to speak at major conferences on issues including autonomous vehicle noise, remote identification, public acceptance, and trespass, nuisance, and privacy concerns. Mr. Hazen has extensively researched and written on the intersection of state tort law, Constitutional law, and federal drone regulations. Mr. Hazen is a co-author of Thomson Reuters’ Drone Law, a comprehensive book published twice annually. Mr. Hazen is an experienced litigator in torts, contracts, and products liability. He is a licensed attorney in California and Nevada and is a partner with Angulo McGhee, APLC. His clients include national and international product manufacturers and Fortune 500 companies.
