Will Dawson

Will is the 7th generation of his family to pick apples in Virginia’s Appalachian Mountains. Will was one of the first people to bring agricultural drones into the region, immediately realizing their significant potential to transform agriculture. He started the Agricultural Drone Initiative to engage with policy-makers and industry leaders to improve agricultural drone policies in Washington D.C., and around the country. He brings over a decade of experience serving as a board member and advisor for several industry trade groups to the effort. He is an avid fly-fisherman and welder.
