What is it?
The AIRSHIP StingerMAV 3.0™ VTOL compressed air propulsion uncrewed aerial system (UAS) meets requirements for micro ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) payload required for quiet hover, loiter, medium flight endurance, operational flight radius return to station, cruise speed, and commercial air-support in a low operating ceiling.
It is backpackable with a wingspan of 12.27 inches and can be programmed for autonomous flight via APM Mission Planner. Development of this drone was driven by commercial research, critical Infrastructure protection, and directed energy blue laser incapacitation of FPV sensors of hostile drones. The small craft is idea for remote observation in critical and hazardous environments.
