  • Sponsor’s logo featured on the event website within the Welcome Reception description. 
  • Inclusion in the Event Preview under the Welcome Reception section. 

 

On-Site Exposure 

  • Custom, branded signage for the Welcome Reception.   
  • Sponsor’s logo displayed next to Welcome Reception in the digital Event Guide. 
  • Includes custom branding on select bar areas during the Welcome Reception. Note: This sponsorship does not include bar wraps featured in the Public Safety Meet & Greet, Hosted Gatherings, or the Indoor Airspace Gathering. 
  • Inclusion in a custom event app storyline featuring the sponsor logo. 
  • Three (3) packs of floor decals placed on the date of the Welcome Reception. 
  • One (1) mobile app push notification sent prior to the Welcome Reception.
