A Chicago native and Colorado State University graduate, Dan’s expertise spans technology, software, construction management, and safety management systems tailored to the aviation industry. His deep knowledge and practical experience have significantly contributed to his roles in these fields.
Dan is also a licensed 107 drone pilot, specializing in aerial photography and mapping with both fixed-wing and quadcopters. His recent work includes notable contributions to a major drone mapping company serving the mining and waste industries nationwide.
Based in Austin for 22 years, Dan enjoys flying, music, and the city’s diverse offerings with his wife and two dogs.
He is proficient on several makes and models of drones from DJI to Autel to Teledyne to Whispr to Anzu Raptor. LiDAR systems and payloads.
