This dynamic, high-visibility environment offers real-time engagement and brand exposure to thousands of qualified attendees exploring cutting-edge drone technologies.

All exhibiting companies are REQUIRED to submit the Booth Approval Form for the upcoming 2025 CUAV.

• The booths and exhibit areas are carpeted with the existing hotel carpet. To enhance the
appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman. 

Please Note: Carpet ordered from Freeman will be installed on top of the existing hotel carpet.

To access your company’s badge allotment, choose your company name from the drop-down menu and enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, you may use the “Forgot Your Password” feature. A confirmation email will be sent to each registrant to be used for badge pick-up at the show.

PLEASE NOTE: If YOU will not be onsite at UAV, please be sure to pass these instructions along to your exhibitor reps. To ensure a successful download of the app, they will need to download it before entering the UAV exhibit.

Please note. Monday, September 1st is Labor Day and over time rates will apply. This does not effect material handling.

If your shipping carrier does not deliver on Monday due to the holiday, your shipment will be delivered to the venue on Tuesday. We encourage exhibitors to ship your materials to the Freeman warehouse to ensure that your materials are in your booth for Monday or check with your carrier for Monday delivery options.*
