• Your booth comes with the following: Each 10’x10’ will be set with black 8’ high back drape and black 3’ high side dividers. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a 7”x44” one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a 7”x44” one-line identification sign upon request.

• The booths and exhibit areas are carpeted with the existing hotel carpet. To enhance the
appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman. Please Note: Carpet ordered from Freeman will be installed on top of the existing hotel carpet.

To access your company’s badge allotment, choose your company name from the drop-down menu and enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, you may use the “Forgot Your Password” feature. A confirmation email will be sent to each registrant to be used for badge pick-up at the show.

Registration will be open for badge pickup during the following hours:

Monday, September 5, 2022:           2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, September 6, 2022:          6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday, September 7, 2022:     8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
