Dmytro Shymkiv

Dmytro Shymkiv is the Co-Founder and an Investor in AeroDrone, a Ukrainian start-up specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) designed for heavy lifting, long-range flights, and extended endurance. These UAS are deployed across various industries, including defense. Dmytro also serves as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Kyivstar, Ukraine’s largest telecom operator and a subsidiary of VEON (listed on NASDAQ) and represents the company on the Board of Directors of Helsi, Ukraine’s largest medical information system provider. Dmytro Shymkiv has held high-profile leadership positions, including General Manager of Microsoft Ukraine (2007-2014), Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine (2014-2018), and Executive Chairman of the largest Ukrainian pharmaceutical holding Darnitsa Group (2018-2022).
