Dustin Schocken

Dustin Schocken is the founder of Raptor Aeronautics LLC and a practitioner-turned-strategist who has spent his career building and scaling UAS programs at the edge of what’s operationally and regulatorily possible. He architected the first IS-BAO certified corporate drone program at Verizon by establishing the corporate governance structure, safety management systems, training infrastructure, and operational frameworks that enabled 42,000+ flights without a single FAA incident or injury. With roots as a Marine Corps chief instructor at the UAS Center of Excellence and experience spanning cellular-enabled BVLOS, international market expansion, and enterprise pilot training, Dustin brings a practitioner’s perspective to the regulations, technologies and best practices shaping the next generation of commercial drone operations.  Dustin now advises drone technology companies on organizational compliance, operational readiness, and market expansion.
