Selection of coffee break is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Pre-Event Exposure 

  • Sponsor featured in the official exhibitor listing with a designated sponsor icon for heightened visibility. 
  • Sponsor will be featured in a dedicated social media call-out, highlighting their support and building anticipation ahead of the event.  

On-Site Exposure 

  • On-site signage is placed at designated coffee stations. 
  • Sponsor’s logo displayed next to coffee break(s) in the digital Event Guide. 
  • Inclusion in a custom event app storyline featuring sponsor branding. 
  • One (1) mobile app push notification sent during the coffee break. 
  • Sponsor may provide coffee cups or cup-sleeves (subject to approval by event management) 

Sponsor to Provide 

  • Logo 
    • Provide a white logo file and a colored logo file with a transparent background.
    • Deadline: immediately after contracting 
  • Option: Sponsor-provided cup or sleeves
    • Guidelines provided upon request
    • Cups or sleeves produced by the sponsor, subject to Event Management’s approval. 
    • Event Management manages all on-site distribution and logistics.
