At Commercial UAV Expo 2026, indoor UAV flying demonstrations will take place directly on the exhibit hall floor. Sponsors participating in the Indoor Airspace will have the opportunity to showcase the power, precision, and capabilities of their UAS solutions within a fully netted 40’ x 50’ X 15’ demonstration area. This dynamic, high-visibility environment offers real-time engagement and brand exposure to thousands of qualified attendees exploring cutting-edge drone technologies. 

Deadline to Contract: July 24, 2026

Pre-Event Exposure 

  • Inclusion in the Event Preview, highlighting key event features and programs. 
  • Recognition in a pre-event email sent to all verified attendees, including the sponsor’s company name. 
  • Featured placement in the official exhibitor listing with a designated sponsor icon for enhanced visibility. 

 

On-Site Exposure 

  • Inclusion in a custom event mobile app storyline featuring the sponsor’s logo. 
  • Sponsor’s logo showcased on exclusive on-site signage for maximum brand exposure. 
  • Inclusion in the digital Event Guide provided to all attendees. 

 

Sponsor to Provide 

  • Logo 
    • Provide a white logo file and a colored logo file with a transparent background. 
    • Deadline: immediately after contracting 
  • Indoor Airspace 
    • After contracting, we will require the following information 
    • Pilot Aviation Certificate of Insurance 
    • Part 107 Certificate 
    • Demonstration title, description, link, and image. 
    • Deadline: July 24, 2026 
  • Session title and description determined by the sponsor, subject to review and approval by Event Management.
