Jon Damush

Jon Damush is the CEO of uAvionix, leading the company’s mission to safely integrate both crewed and uncrewed aircraft through advanced avionics and surveillance solutions. With decades of experience in aviation technology, autonomy, and regulatory strategy, he has been instrumental in advancing BVLOS operations and airspace integration. Prior to uAvionix, Jon held leadership roles at Boeing, Insitu, Iris Automation and other aerospace innovators, shaping the future of next-generation aviation systems. Jon was a member of the FAA BVLOS Aviation Rulemaking Committee and is also a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor.
