UAS continue to represent nefarious threats to correctional facilities, mass gatherings, critical infrastructure, and other high-value targets. While these threats expand exponentially, the authority to utilize Counter-UAS (C-UAS) continues to rest exclusively with the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ). State, local, tribal, and territorial partners continue to be hamstrung in detecting, identifying, assessing, and potentially mitigating UAS operating near covered sites. In this session, you’ll explore the current C-UAS landscape from an SLTT perspective.
